MILLENNIUM Case - 1066 - JOURNEY THROUGH THE STARS

The Perfumed Epic: From Rollo to William is a cultural and olfactory project conceived by PARFUMS BERRY based on Norman history and its great founding figures. Perfume as a medium of transmission: a way to make tangible the territories, figures, gestures, and imaginations linked to the Norman heritage.

In 1066, William crossed the English Channel and etched his destiny into history. Traversée des Étoiles (Crossing of the Stars) creates an olfactory portrait of William the Conqueror: a scent of departure, of the nocturnal sea, of navigation, of salt, spices, and driftwood. The creation evokes the passage between two shores, the tension of a fleet in motion, the Norman mist, the stars above the sails.
