Africa again, but this time a secret Africa, one that is guessed at behind veils and never truly reveals itself. A fantasized Orient, an iconic accord structured by balms. The rose opens alone, a flower laid on a bed of amber. Opoponax, Peruvian balm, and labdanum unfurl in the heart, a resinous and enveloping warmth, a bewitching kohl line. Vanilla, benzoin, patchouli, and musk close the composition with the roundness of a deep, dense amber that lingers on the skin. AMBRE 35 does not reveal itself. It captivates.
