The Perfumed Epic: From Rollo to William features five olfactory creations spanning a historical journey: from Rollo's establishment in Normandy (911) to the expansion of Norman worlds into England, Ireland, and the Mediterranean.
Each perfume evokes an imaginary world: a scene, a presence, a material, a memory. History becomes a sensory experience. The narrative becomes a fragrance. Ceramic houses this epic in the form of a durable object, designed to accommodate refillable perfumed cups.
