PARFUMS BERRY × ATELIER ELSA DINERSTEIN

A collaboration born from the encounter between PARFUMS BERRY's olfactory universe and ATELIER ELSA DINERSTEIN's ceramic work. Together, we have envisioned a collection of scented objects where fragrance and material engage in a timeless dialogue.

With L'Eau de Lin, this encounter is rooted in a deeply Norman material: flax. The fragrance stems from research conducted by PARFUMS BERRY into this emblematic fiber, its co-products, its aromatic molecules, and its ability to open up new sensitive, sustainable, and poetic uses.

This candle extends the story of L'Eau de Lin: a creation resulting from innovation work around Norman flax, blending fragrance, eco-design, and material transformation. Here, flax becomes fragrance, light, imprint, and presence.

Each piece is handcrafted in Normandy and designed as a sustainable object: a creation to keep, reinvent, and refill. The scented BERRY cups fit naturally into them to extend the sensory experience without replacing the object.

Each piece is made of porcelain with inclusions of Norman flax. During firing, the fibers leave their imprints, their passages, their organic traces in the material. The porcelain becomes subtly openwork, traversed by details that filter the light and make the history of the material visible.

When lit, the flame reveals these imprints and brings out a delicate transparency, different on each piece. The material retains the memory of the flax, like a discreet presence inscribed in the porcelain.

The objects accommodate L'Eau de Lin scented cups, designed to be replaced with use.
The fragrance renews, the object remains.

The Light of Linen

With Atelier Elsa Dinerstein, L’EAU DE LIN becomes a porcelain piece covered with botanical imprints.

Norman flax fibers leave their traces in the material, filter the light, and prolong the fragrance.

The fragrance is renewed, the object remains.
