Journey Through the Stars
The Perfumed Epic: From Rollo to William is a cultural and olfactory project conceived by PARFUMS BERRY around Norman history and its great founding figures. Perfume as a medium of transmission: a way to make the territories, figures, gestures, and imaginations linked to the Norman heritage tangible.
In 1066, William crossed the English Channel and etched his destiny into history. Journey Through the Stars composes the olfactory portrait of William the Conqueror: a scent of departure, of nocturnal sea, of navigation, of salt, spices, and driftwood. The creation evokes the passage between two shores, the tension of a fleet in motion, the Norman mist, the stars above the sails.
