Light before form—that unstable moment on the Seine where reflections make the surface tremble before the image settles. Bergamot and cherry blossoms open with the lightness of a first spring morning on a Norman waterway. Ginger brings a discreet vivacity, like a shifting reflection. At its heart, gardenia, lily of the valley, and jasmine weave a floral accord of rare transparency—a floral presence without heaviness, light without dazzling. Cedar and musks lay the base with the particular softness left by light as it moves away. A fragrance that does not describe Impressionism. It perpetuates its gesture.

Reflections

A pink and blue sky

Some smoke in the distance, a silver serpent or a river, I don't remember;

Clouds spreading, lights stretching; rain like a mirror on the glistening cobblestones The smell of damp stones, ancient timber frames,

Tall silhouettes, the sky pointed at Gothic shadows,

Damned beauties, The sound of a few footsteps and vanished beauties,

Scented echoes in the wake of the night.

Yellow eyes lighting up and my sleeping city.
